DONOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I met the wrost ever experience here, I booked hotel through OYO and paid all the amount already, but when I reached there they denied of booking. manager asked to pay Rs 3000 extra for room. and above all when I called to customer care, the owner of that hotel was the on the line. very ridiculous behavior of staff. paid extra as they are not returning my online paid payment. I stayed there for 3 days, there was no room service for cleaning. No drinking water available there, you have to buy water bottle from outside. no change of bedsheets where you call the manager no. of times, same bedsheet you have to bear . Bathroom is very unhygienic. No AC working. No backup battery if electricity cut. I have stayed more than 3 hrs without any light. All this happened not only with me, everybody reaching there facing same problem. it's better to stay at station than to stay at that hotel.

All the good reviews u see are the paid ones. I stay here for 3 nights and I must stay this hotel is good for nothing. 1. This hotel is away from Roorkee railway station and nearby locations is very bad. 2. This hotel has no filter drinking water facility, they will say u to use tap water. 3. No welcome kit. 4. Guy in the reception is not at hall helpful,, he just denied a guy saying no room though he paid money in advance. 5. Rooms have no windows no ventilation facility,, also full hotel is non-ac. 6. The worst part is that at the time of check out in the name of otp he took my mobile opened oyo and rated himself 5 star( never give ur phone to him during checkout. Tip: Piran Kaliyar is full of hotel u get get a good one and cheap one by going there and booking physically
