One of the Dharamshalas in Haridwar. 5 minutes walk from Haridwar station. There are many houses. But most of the time blanks are not available. And here is a nice restaurant. Very tasty food is available. Eat as much as you want for 80 rupees. Bread curry and as it is, rice and dal, vegetables (4-5 types) and so delicious. And at the end, chaas or ghol.
