Never ever book a bus with them. They are cheaters, bus in bad condition, staffs are rude, and will change bus at last moment. Try Purple bus or Atmaram travels if you are booking from Pune-Mumbai-Goa.

They should stop the business. I booked from Goa and 3h prior to travel after room checkout they send msg that they cancelled the bus. No professionalism. They send cancellation msg from a number which is been saved by some cheated customer in Vrl along with bad word. So it’s routine cheating series for them. Don’t book at any cost! You will be in trouble
