Service levels very poor. I suppose they don't like to deliver ordinary post items,as the posted items are never received by the receivers,and the head post master needs to seriously look into this aspect. Very arrogant in charge, who thinks he is always right. Most of the times we are told system is down

The service is very Bad I have to wait for 2 hours for just do my cash deposits...and the desk person is very rude and arrogant to the client's....please change the staff and get the fast worker...

The takla old person who is one of the staff is very arrogant he thinks he is always right,speaks very rudely to even senior citizens and for the youths he is worst.We are always said the systems are down i guess they do not want to do the job.he better take retirement because more good and pollite should get the chance.

The service is good as expected by the government department. The place is in a mess , there is cobwebs everywhere and parcels and letters are thrown on the floor.
