Worst service😤🤬liars they increase the bike fares without informing the tourists and charge them, also the return time for the rental bikes were not informed earlier. They double charge the tourists and if the tourists oppose to pay for any irrelevant charges then they threaten the tourists also they deny to return the deposited amount with our documents that we're submitted while renting the bikes.

The reviews on Red Bus gave me anxiety, but after boarding the bus I got to experience one of the best bus journeys of my life. There are charging points next to the bed, racks to keep bag and shoes, the linen was clean and very nice. The bus was on time, sufficient breaks were provided, it was an exuberance of professionalism.

People at office are very rude towards customer they do not respond to calls and if we ask something to them they don't respond they are not even checking who is seated where in the middle of journey they are checking and asking to move here and there.

Near Panjim KTC Bus station. Passangers can keep their luggage here for sometime before they can board the bus near EDC plaza. CCTV surveillance is there here. There are three restaurants nearby. This place is near to the Ambedkar park where one can spend time till the time bus arrives.
