Very unprofessional behaviour by staff, intact people sitting in Bhagalpur are much professional and well behaved. Never deal with representative named Deepak, he will never pick the call until you start calling him repeatedly back to back and even after picking the call he’ll behave like the company belongs to his father who can treat anyone badly as per their wish. If things are not in shape are still acceptable but people behaviour make dealing with VRL more painful…
