Unprofessional and slow. My parcel got posted from Chennai and reached Goa on Thursday. I needed my parcel urgently so I had been tracking it. The moment it reached them, I immediately called them to ask when they would deliver it. The person cooly replies Saturday. I said we use courier services to get our parcels delivered quickly to doorstep. He replies that the delivery person will come to my area only on Saturday and if i needed it urgently then i should come and pick it up (which i ended up doing). Totally ridiculous!! India speed post delivers faster and hassle-free compared to professional couriers in Goa.

I placed an order on Amazon and for some reason they sent it through Professional Couriers. I paid extra for delivery inspite of being a Prime member. When the order reached Margao, they called me up to say that I have a parcel and need to pick it up. When I asked them why they don't deliver, they said it is not in their area of delivery. And the address given is less than 3kms away. Of they can't deliver 3 kms away from their office, they really should not be called a courier service. They don't even deserve the 1 star that I have them.

I ordered my parcel on 8 may 2021, it's reached Margao outlet of professional courier in 7 days, but HASN'T REACHED MY HOME YET!!!... It's been a month. Their phones aren't working, their outlet is closed...I have no clue when they will open. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! 2 days after I have posted above review I get a sms saying please come and collect your parcel from the outlet...I mean it's more than a month ( to be exact 1 month 10 days) that my parcel is not delivered, and now they are asking me to come and collect the parcel, WHAT TYPE OF COURIER SERVICE IS THAT?!
