really very bad company no response on tollfree nor they accewpt complain response my parcel arrived on 6th june 2020 and tracking shows always covid restriction area , but thats not true as my area is open nothing restriction

Really Disaster these people have no queries resolution methodology. My Parcel delivered on 27th May reached Bhiwandi office on 31st May but these people are unable to deliver. They are just giving fake commitment. No followup only counting complain numbers. I suggest one should not do business with SPOTON. Local transporters areuch better economical and accessible.

Cheap cheap cheap...even 3rd class service is better than the services provided by them..after charging exorbitant amount of 30k,it been more than 1month and consignment is stuck in hub...no resolution,no help...its better to shut down your business and open “aaloo-kaanda ka thelaa” ..it would be great, atleast people can beat you on the spot without being irritated.

Toll Free Number not working, tried it for 2 days! How are they running services without any service number? If anyone from Spot-on is reading this kindly share a number where we can talk to someone regarding the shipment.
