After the arrival of the product in the delivery center on 6th Nov, they have not delivered yet, they re-attempt to deliver the goods after calling 10 more times at an interval of 6 days. But their service is so poor and irritating that neither their delivery agent calls nor any message comes out for delivery, even if the message has come by mistake, then the agent's number would have been given wrong in it. Calling their customer support went crazy, and ask them more, they will disconnect the call by saying no sound. But there is no response from their side, they just get the delivery re-attempted and waste time. From 6th Nov till now they have re-attempted 5 times and every time their agents would put some wrong status without making any call and then re-attempt krte the next day. After 6th nov, they are sitting with my stuff, no response given. Haven't delivered yet. And the extent is reached when, even after refusing the customer, he is keeping the goods with himself instead of returning it back to the merchant site. At the time of re attemp, they come to the address to deliver the goods to the customer and leave with the status of customer not available in front of the customer. Suggestion:- India's worst courier service is, if you people get goods from any shopping site through this, then cancel immediately, otherwise they will neither give your goods nor send them back. Even 1 star should not be given but nothing less than that.
