Absolutely terrible service. They do not do home delivery of packages even after charging for those services. Package was delivered to their office on Saturday. The delivery agent said that they would deliver it home by 5pm that day. They didn't deliver. On not receiving the package,on Monday, we were told that they do not do home delivery and that we need to pick it up from their office. A whole lot of time was wasted. Would not recommend.

Horrible service. After paying for delivery at the address, they insist that we come and collect and then when we go to collect it they tell us the person is gone to deliver it even though they previously claimed that they could not find the address. Ridiculous how they waste people time and money. Would not recommend this to anyone!

Had mailed few diyas and snacks which were double wrapped by me and delivered in good condition to the receiver, I appreciate their prompt delivery services even during the diwali festival at a very reasonable price compared to other contemporary courier services here in Mapusa. All the packaging(if fragile) should be done well from our end to avoid any damage while transportation. Overall satisfied with their services.

I would give no star if that was an option for this shoddy and terrible service. After specifically paying for delivery at the address, they insist that we come and collect and have the audacity to say that if we don't come within 2 days, they will send it back. Imagine if someone was travelling at that time. And absolutely terrible customer service at the office

I had sent a sketch to my friend in Hyderabad nicely framed and well packed with bubble wrap, foam and thermacol corners on all sides with a cardboard casing. Yet the frame was badly damaged and the glass was broken. Which clearly indicates they don't care about the parcel and its value . Luckily the sketch was safe.

Parcel wrongly routed to mapusa instead of panjim, location of office on Google maps is totally incorrect. Had to go to mapusa from panjim to collect my parcel as it was going to be delivered only the next day. When competitors offer a next day delivery,my parcel would have taken 4 days to arrive . very poor experience.

Worst courier company fraudsters they hadn't delivered the product but yet marked it as delivered on their website just to meet the expected by delivery date. They don't answer their phones even the number provided on their website goes in answered.
