Usually DTDC is definitely a good courier service provider. But I am talking about this branch particularly , the person who sits there not at all professional and having very arrogant behaviour. He charges more than tha usual price of other DTDC branches like Patna , Delhi and Bangalore and he is very stubborn that he will charge more and do whatever you can do kind of attitude. I know there is nothing gonna happen after this review.but still I am writing you to get aware about the situation.

This is the first time my order is arriving using DTDC service. So far, 7 days have passed and I'm yet to receive my order. It was actually promised to be delivered in a day. They aren't providing a definitive delivery date, either. Next time I see DTDC as the courier service through which my package is going to be delivered, I'm going to cancel it in a heartbeat. Very unprofessional of DTDC.

The behavior of the state of Dtdc is very ghatiya/galat tarike hai. Bahut hi rudely tarike se baat karta hai. Aur bahut busy apne ko sho karta hai.
