Its a small and conjusted courier office.located behind the autostand small side road peyad junction.i dont know the delivery speed and other things.will update after receiving the product on the other end.

They're not ready to deliver anything to home...we have to go n collect the parcels from their office...i was sent a parcel and they called me and just said that I've a courier and hung up...Didnt provide any info regarding the delivery or from where to collect the parcel...They are not picking up my calls... it has been almost a month now and I'm yet to receive the package

They don't deliver at home. We have to go to their shop and pick up. No parking facilities, no waiting area, nothing. Just a single room ordinary shop, which is actually enough if you have a door delivery. But since you are not providing a door delivery and the customers has to visit your shop, this facilities are not at all enough. Overall very bad experience and customer service is so poor. The guy in the shop has got no customer friendly behaviour. Totally opposite to their name 'The Professional Couriers' 🤣

The absolute worst courier service there is. It is ironic that they named their company 'professional' when they are anything but that. They do not deliver your parcels to the address specified, they don't even contact you properly regarding the packages/parcels. A lousy 'professional' person who was out for delivery called stating that there is a parcel to my address, and told that he would deliver the parcel within a few minutes. I waited for over an hour and when I called, he told a lame reason that he couldn't find the house. (Because there is absolutely no way he could find the house or clarify where it is, right?) This is not the first (un)professional experience I had with them. I was sent over 10 couriers through this service and NOT EVEN ONE was delivered or even handled in a proper manner. Save your money and stay away from these frauds.
