Sent one parcel containing green mangoes to Gwalior on 12th April 2023. It reached only on the 18th. Inspite of this it is not being delivered. Consignee had to go to the courier office to collect it. He found the box damaged. Never ever I will send any item through this courier service.

Professional couriers should change their name to unprofessional couriers. The tracking system showed that my parcel reached Goa but I did not receive any intimation from them. The branch in Panaji did not answer my phone calls and when I called the Porvorim branch the response I got was "don't you know BSNL has discontinued their services in Goa?" Which means that no BSNL, no means of contacting the professionals. Nobody answers the mobile number either. The only way to get your parcel is by personally visiting the branch. If they do not deliver to your location why accept the order ? They do not provide the option of dropping it off to the nearest deliver point. Would not recommend. Zero stars.

Not the best among other service provider...their helpline numbers does not work. Their online status updates were misleading and confusing(atleast in my case). I went to their branch, met with such polite helpful and caring staffs, not one but all of them. They take time to listen to my plea, even when it was out of their hands they called up other branches for me, solve everything within few minutes, even during their busiest hour. I don't know what the other reviewer had met. But the staffs deserves 5*.

Dear sir This is sumanth Raghunath I have done 1 courier using professional courier on 20th September 2022 from bangalore to goa ,it should be delivered to Old goa pin code adress 403110 ,but when I call to courier office in Goa panjim they are telling Customer to come and collect in office as we dont delivery to this old goa adress this is not right what your providing services to customer I never ever refer ur courier to my family are friends here after my docket number is really I am very upset with this Thanks & Regards Sumanth R

The worse service I have ever had. Sent 2 parcels to pune. Was promised delivery in 3 days. But finally took 5 days. Also rude and unprofessional attitude of the Pune office towards our queries. Person from Pune office named Ranjit was so rude to us, even said "we do not work for you". Packages arrived in 5 days with some stuff missing.

Pathetic service. Their modus operandi is to refuse to deliver and ask you to come personally and collect. They do not bother to call and return to sender quoting that they do not deliver in your area. If you call, they keep the phone aside and forget about it. They blame their originating office for the fault. This method is standard company practice. You will end up losing money. Do not use this courier.

Had sent a post from Kochi to Panjim... They never bothered to deliver it inspite of it reaching their Panjim hub, for reasons best known to them. That too to an address that is easily accessible and well known in Bambolim. To make matters worse, they never answered my calls to their office on various numbers to track my courier. The only time that someone did answer, the lady on the other end was clueless and not helpful at all. I had important letters in my courier to be delivered urgently in Bambolim.But due to their shoddy work, it never got delivered and instead returned to me after 10days of posting! Have decided never again to use professional courier. On the brighter side, the professional courier guys from Kochi office were extremely helpful and efficient.

Worst very very worst courier service , week over the courier is lying in vasco only, it's shows the same in online tracking, and these guys don't pick the call also,30 times of continuous phones one time the guy picked when asked he is easily saying he is out for delivery, could u send the consignment number in sms and then i sent him sms, after that these guys stopped picking the phone. Suggest you friends not to use this courier service rather use local courier service.

Professional Couriers is the most pathetic and unprofessional courier agencies I have ever come across. My sister sent a parcel containing items over 6000INR and the parcel was opened out and emptied of its contents. News paper bundles were filled and sent instead. Biggest thieves one can come across who operate a sham service in the name of Couriers. Even despite numerous e mails and follow ups there is no response. I am initiating legal action against these cons.

I had package sent from Kerala to Goa Velha and was charged at the sending end for Rs 300. After receiving at the Panjim office, they suddenly found out that they can't deliver to the address and I have to come to their office to pick up. They are just UNPROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICE. Very ARROGANT, IRRESPONSIBLE AND TOO LAZY STAFF. Never choose them at Goa.
