Very rude behaviour of DTDC courier staff sitting in office.They don't call to customers for delivery, but pretend that phone was unreachable.They only harass the customers.After visiting their office,the staff behaves rudely.DTDC should take care of it, otherwise credit of courier company will fall down due to such kind of office bearers.
