Very bad experience. Firstly my delivery was delayed by a week and I had to get it from the office instead of delivering it to the mentioned address. They charge like crazy and very very bad service. My items got all messed up and damaged. Very unhappy with the service from DTDC.

Irresponsibility, no one from DTDC is ready to take any responsibility of their customers. My parcel from Naxalbari to Bangalore was being tampered some of the items was missing which was valuable to me but after registering complaints several times no one is ready to listen nor they are taking any responsibility. Very pathetic service given by DTDC, which I was not aware of, request everyone to avoid using DTDC. As they don't understand how valuable the parcel is to us that's why we use this service so that we can send or receive them at earliest, but if service is like this then it's better we don't use them.
