I Did Not Get My Parcel - They Market as Delivered. Waste service and waste of Money.

They are totally rubbish..... they didnt deliver the products and marks as delivered ... dtdc service is very slow and i dont recomment it to anyone... im a regular user of amazon and they almost all the time send package via delhivery ... but for the first time one of my package was delivered via dtdc .... and i will say my experience was totally unsatisfactory. How without delivering the product they marked it delivered. and when i talked with the dtdc gauchar office executive/worker they are saying that no such package with the respected name they have .... it means a customer is telling lie who ordered the package ... and they are right ... and after some time he said yeah ... we have a package with your name and address ... and take it at the evening .... not currently its.home delivery service and they are doing such work

It's pathetic... I hadn't received my order yet and in tracking it is showing it had been delivered.... Even I hadn't shared my smile code with the delivery agent still.. And there call center is more pathetic they didn't even bother to response the call. For me it's 0 star or if there is less then this I can give it too.
