😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Worst service ever .. I sent courier from Pune to Amarvati and it took almost a month. Even after almost a month they didn't deliver the courier at home but asked the recipient to collect it. What kind of service is this. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡 I had to call DTDC offices and customer service to track it. They really harrassed me mentally. I was on the verge of filing a legal complaint against DTDC

Worst facility ever from DTDC. No contact number mentioned. Had to go to visit them to collect the parcel cause they were taken to much days to even after consignment was reached to the facility. Got one contact number that time. That they don't respond and cut the call.
