The courier personnel called me many no. of times for me to arrange for an alternative delivery address in the bazaar area that is convenient for him! When I said I had no such connnects, he asked me if I could go approximately 2 kilometers away from my house to collect the parcel! Where is the professionalism? There has to be a significant learning on proper work ethics by the team. DTDC can be a reasonably priced courier service but it comes at the cost of delays and unprofessionalism.
