They doesn't know how to deliver speed post. A special Rakhi gift from my sister was intentionally lost by sending to bhaderwah,Doda rather than badrwahi village in udhampur with correct pin. They use their thoughts than brain. Pin code is useless to them. Pathetic staffs. They have malign the good name of Indian post office.
