The Professional Couriers, Mapusa, Goa

Terrible service and customer support. I was getting a courier from Delhi to Colvale and although the tracking showed that it reached Mapusa a day back, there was no update. I waited and called them today and they told me they'll call in a while. I called 4-5 times after which they picked the call and said that they have no service to Colvale, won't deliver to Colvale. When sending from Delhi, we were not told about this. If they had even a tad bit of professionalism, they should have not accepted the parcel in the booking office itself. To add to all the nonsense, when you reach Mapusa to pick the parcel, they won't even give it to you. They ask you to climb to the upper floor and ask you to search and pick your parcel yourself. Less labour and worst service ever. I spoke to my relatives and even though they have service in Mapusa, it seems they make you pick from there too. I don't usually give bad reviews for anyone with bad sevice, but I am mentioning this because I don't want others to suffer. Very disappointed.

Never use this courier for Goa. A walking person will reach faster. They took 7 days for a courier from Trivendrum to Mapusa. That too we had to go and pick it up. They never delivery to the door step with a standard excuse. "Address not found". If the address was not found the delivery guy can call when they are in the area and not the office.

They are anything BUT professional. They do not deliver and ask you to come and pick up the parcel. Avoid using their services. They probably charge the sender to deliver at the customers doorsteps , but they seldom honor their promise , unless you are living next door. Call them up and no telephonic manners. Visit them and absolutely zero customer service. AVOID.

The document was at the Porvorim Office of Professional Couriers since the 22nd June 2022. Our office is 10mins away. This morning we were informed that due to rain no documents were being delivered since the team were not stepping out and if it was urgent we could come and collect it. We did not even receive a call from Professional Couriers. We had to follow up with them.

Very unprofessional service, pathetic service , very non comparative staff with high ego and attitude instead of two days took 7 days for courier,that to not delivered we went to office and collected staff refuged to carry parcel to the vehicle and we ourselves carried and transported. Such adiplorable experience was not at all expected. . After paying thousands of rupees for courier such a experience is not at all beirable and it is recommended to go for other reputed courier services.

Deliverie took some time but arrived in good condition. A bit of bad communication with them as i asked to keep parcel in office and i would pick it up from there. Ended up by being in they're office wille the parcel was being delivered on the day my restaurant was closed and made me have to returned to the office to pick it up. This is not the first time that I have had an extremely poor service from Professional Courier in different parts of the country and three times now in Goa. If I had a choice, I would never ever send any courier through TPC/Professional Courier. Even as I write this message I have not received my courier. It arrived 4 days ago and has not been delivered and no one has bothered to call me. When I tried to reach various numbers for the company's local offices, either the phones are dead and a lady who answered at the Provorim office was extremely unprofessional and extremely unhelpful and mechanical - giving me a dead number AGAIN to try. I would never recommend this pathetic company

Pathetic service!! they should rename themselves "Unprofessional couieres" .... They asked me to pickup my parcel from their office instead of giving home delivery... I picked the firsts one and now again the second parcel they haven't delivered even after receiving it 4-5 days back.... no calls nothing

From the collection point till it delivered it was really a pleasant dealing. Even though the parcel was collected at starting point in a condition that for delivery, I should pick from their office.once it reached to RANNI, KEARALA they were very polite and agreed to deliver to me since the house is very close to a popular place (approx. 15 KM away from their office).
