I wish I could give a negative rating to Ecom Express. The service they give is so rubbish, I wonder how they are still in business. Their customer care number doesn't connect, and when it does we are prompted to IVR telling us to enter a pin and when we enter the pin it says mobile number not registered. Everyday the delivery person would mark the parcel as unlocatable, The delivery person never calls, nor is there a way to contact the delivery person, everyday the delivery person would mark the parcel as unlocatable, and eventually cancel and return the parcel back to the sender. I suspect they sit at home all day and mark parcels as unlocatable at dusk. They don't call, and we are left with no option to contact them. This company and their service is a complete joke.

Not at all professional. The pickup agents of this agency play with customers. In my case, the delivery agent has delayed to pickup process by 4 days. Customer care service of Ecom express is a joke.
