We came to collect our consignment from this warehouse. They asked for the docket number and allotted a guy to search for the parcel, he looked around for 10 mins and then asked us to look for ourselves. When I asked his senior about the management, he abruptly said "idhar to andher nagri chaupat raja kaam hai" We spent another 10 minutes and finally found it under a pile of parcels. Bad experience.

Worst service support. False commitment for delivery dates. Late delivery plus no reponse from any concerned person o repetative calling. Very disasspointed with the service. Had to go to the warehouse to collect the order despite of door delivery consignment
