Very good experience polite behavior courier delivery before 3 pm... you can get their service as soon as possible at low cost.. . . We can deliver the items that are meant to be transported very carefully. .Laptop and all such items can be sent by courier. .. As most of the places in Kerala are serviced. Everyone will benefit.

Very poor service. They don't know how to behave with the customers , Male staff is okay, but the other one is intolerable. When we complain, she makes personal insults. It is not possible to compare the service with other available courier services. It is better for DTDC to close this office to keep their goodwill. They are keeping on making the same mistakes without any consciousness. We are requesting to many of our suppliers to avoid this courier service as far as possible. They behave like the customers are at their mercy and the branch manager is not even ready to listen to our grievances and she tries to protect her staff without considering the problems of the customers. I would like to give 0 star rating for this courier service

They never deliver the package to the customer's location even if it's in 1 km distance. The behaviour is very bad. I have many experiences. They do not make home delivery. Why we should pay the shipping charge?

Simply...close this office....pls🙏 They don't known how to behave with customers..especially customers asking for update.Almost every customer experienced this only .. Next issue,No delivery for even city areas, then why you people open this office?

I gave 1 star, because there is no option for big ZERO. When the parcel reached Dtdc revenue tower, Adoor,did not inform me,and the parcel was re-sent.The parcel was re sent to Ahmedabad West Branch, from there it get lost.The sender did not get the parcel.Where is the parcel? It's a mystery.

This is my recent experience. Everytime I send something to my parents in adoor, these guys call and ask my old parents to come and pick it up. They are never ready to deliver. This will be the last time I send something through dtdc. Such horrible experience every time. It went to kollam district, from there to pathananthitta nodal point now finally reached adoor. It took two months to reach adoor. Now they are not ready to deliver.. truly disappointed. Tracking number - b71896820 Old review:- DtDc Adoor(Revenue Tower Branch) refuses to do door deliver the courier. They are asking my old parents to go and pick it up from the office. Doesn't make sense. I spent 280rs to sent the courier from Bangalore to My Home address. They called my parents and told they have to pick it up from the office and then disconnected the phone. When my parents tried to call back, the phone was ringing but no one answered. Now the phone is switched off. Consignment number - V55813390
