Not even deserving one star.Absolutely pathetic service. For one of My deliveries, I got a call from their number. When I answered the call, they did not say anything.I called back and their number was out of coverage area.They marked my delivery as unreachable. Very poor service.

Very very bad experience...rude customer service. Very dissapointed. Language and behaviour was unsatisfactory. The lady whoever it is please train her to speak properly with customers. She behaves like a 3 yr old kid. And talks like the worst one. Sorry for being rude but not sorry cause she practically shouted through the phone.

Worst service...they don't accept any electronic gadgets and having no insurance over courier products... I won't recommend their service to any one

My parcel came from delhi to kochi within 4hrs. As they reached adoor bluedart, everything become upside down. Very pathetic, sluggish delivery. Very pathetic customer service. Most of the time,they tell us to collect things from their office👎🏻

Worst experience from lady staffs... unrespectful, rude behavior. My parcel has been thr for past 3 days and its been less than 10 km from home address. I contacted them they are ordering us to come and collect the parcel, since we have no time i told them to get it delivered. They didnt delivered yet. Its been more than 3 times these lady staffs are doing the same. Should take actions against such unrespossible experience.
