VRL packers charges are less compared to other packers but please don't belive this packers,while delivering the items some valuable items will be missing from your boxes..I lost my hardbdisk, ear buds, some branded shirts etc costing approx Rs 15000. My friend also has the same experience. After delivery if we have any issues these guys won't pick up the call.not at all recommended. Dont be u, to be the next person cheated like me.

Very poor service from VRL , my parcel booked for Aluva because of delay i came to collect directly here in Eloor, but they wasted my 4 hours simply, waited for a long to get my box , after getting box for one bill they took around 30 minutes. Pathetic service

Irresponsible staff,, rude and unprofessional,, misplaced my parcel,, when I contacted them they unpick the call,,, waste parcel service Please avoid vrl service, rather directly go and give the parcel,, it's best
