Have to fight every time with the person to get the delivery, couple of times my old parents were forced to go and collect the delivery in my absence. I use different delivery partner now when shipping to vyttila .. DTDC s reputation is at stake , and vyttila center is single handedly bringing it down ... With consistency, hatts off . This is a review over experiences from over 2 to 3 years.

Worst service ever. This is third time whenever a courier comes they just call and tell that there is no staff to deliver and ask me to come and get it picked up from their office. Three times straight this has been happening. Very unprofessional and unethical. Take action regarding this and thos ewho have experienced same then comment or review the same so the higher management can see what's happening at this branch(vytilla).

Dtdc says they provide home delivery in 5 range, I stay 1.5km away from vyttila dtdc and they never home delivery. If ask they say employees are less. And if we question them they say "venamgil vannu vangu"(come and take it if you want). Pathetic service

Called them asked whether there is home pick-up service two times. On both occasions, person whose number is provided answered stating he would call me back to confirm. Both times he never called back. These people do not want our service it seems. More like Govt office where there is no botheration of the people coming seeking service. Please keep up your this kind of attitude and definitely this will "boost" your business.

I called dtdc vytilla on their mobile number on a holiday to find out about my package and he was very rude and unprofessional. He cut the call even without replying to my query with a rude "it's a holiday remark". Very sad that some of our people have no manners at all.
