Worst service provider ever. Don't take responsibility if you can't provide good service. They didn't deliver it to my home saying they don't come to this area. I thought maybe that's true and I offered them to go to a nearby place where they deliver. Then the person said that's beyond their policy and they will have to pay penalty for it. You gotta be kidding me 🙂 HIGHER AUTHORITY, please look into the matter. They only harass normal customers.

Worst delivery system in jorhat. Taking orders that they don’t deliver at the exact locations customer has to go to their office to collect the order. And they charge the money of home delivery by the sender . Worst administration worst employees.should take action by higher authorities of DTDC

Arrogant behavior of staff, frustrating experience. First of all they make excuses, not to deliver the parcel at doorstep irrespective of the distance from the office. Secondly their behaviour was very rude.
