Very worst service. I have parcel my 14 saari (clothes) and they theft 3 saari from it. After taking 3 saari they again parcel it with 11 mine saari and 1 another saari which was not mine. We received only 12 saari at home. When I went to dtdc Indrolok colony office, they are making drama. They are not serious about the product which I lost. I will recommend to you don't go to this centre. And I will call to main dtdc center to take serious action on it.

"DTDC" - professional company with unprofessional work attitude. such a poor service they are providing to the customer. first they will take money of fast service from the client and than not give the parcel to particular on time, i have cancelled my parcel after this poor service from them but still they are not giving me back my money and delaying the process. i will never suggest this courier service to anyone from now.

DTDC provides pathetic service. My parcel from Salem, Tamil Nadu to Surat l, Gujarat has reached Surat Apex (I don't know which place is that) on 10th Oct, but I haven't received it on my address yet. I had raised a ticket on your website but that has been closed without any solution, no one even cared to reach me. The customer care number is always busy. There are no contact numbers/address for Intermediate delivery centers.
