Worst service, they took 12 days to bring consignment from Jalandhar to Vapi, They used hooks on the bags which caused a leakage in the bags and i had to suffer a huge loss because of them, truely the most unprofessional transport that i have ever dealt with. Always go with V - Trans instead of VRL.

Useless people's their drivers don't know the pick up locations, ask to come at another location. Also they dropped us at their warehouse and arrange rikshaw which was also too late. Hopeless planning. I wanted to give zero rating but it is not available.
