But the owners in khanna are defaming their brand value, they r very MISBEHAVING, , RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL, DONOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS when your parcel is late, Female receptionist at their sant mkt. office is so unprofessional , whatever issue occurs she will say '' sir nu hi puchlo minnu ta kuch ni pta iss baare '' And whoever their sir is donot pick call intentionally seems like they have no intrest in their business, Once visited their other peer khana road office too when no one answered my call, the owner (aged and matured man) told me to get out and let him do his work ''ajj mera BP boht high h'' He added. (He was trying to convey ki dont make him angry) Cmmon being so aged n mature, you dont know how to treat a customer who is so you younger than you , and came to you to get his parcel despatched early. !!!TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER GOO ATLEAST!!!
