I am expecting a delivery from them, as per the online tracker, it’s been with them since two days but no one has contacted me yet. So initial impressions are: unprofessional service. Will update once I receive the item. Update: I had forgotten to update the review. I received a reply today and remembered. I had driven over to the place to pick up my shipment and the place it not well maintained, the staff member at the counter/ table was uninterested and after I paid the shipping charges I was was ignored till I myself walked over to the place where the shipment was kept (car tires) and picked them up to place them in my car’s boot. I am going to maintain a rating of 1 star for this place.
