The office location was difficult to find. It's on the upper floor of a building with a narrow staircase. I had to literally ask at the nearby establishments to locate the office. It would have been helpful if they put up a large enough sign that is visible from the main road and guides people to the office. Service was prompt when I reached the office, they only needed to know my residential address to locate the package intended for me. The staff were helpful and friendly. The task of finding a Parking space is a pain in the neck. There is literally nowhere to park so make sure someone drops you off and then picks you up. If you come alone, either take the bus or you will struggle to park your vehicle.
