This Post office, as usual, is only for agents. For 10 minutes purpose, you have to wait for hours in line. Also you have to come for days just for simple NSC maturity or some other small work. Specially, Agents are dominating the non- agent customers. Very demotivating to invest in government schemes. No value for customers time.

Dear Sir, I have residence at undermentioned address since 2 years.I have many membership of some books on monthly basis & receiving regularly on my old address,but now not receiving since two years on my new address.I have already changed my address at all publishers.Some time ago I have complained at local post office ,than give me lot of delivery at one time,but thereafter no deliver any posts to my address.Please instruct to them & give me delivery regularly.
