Worst experience.. Asked us to pick the consignment from their location This happened twice with this uppala DTDC. Courier guy called and informed that there is no delivery at my location. And finally i collected it from their office. If there is no home delivery then why did dtdc accepted the order. DTDC must take action against this location.

Pathetic service, Delayed delivery and rude behavior of staffs.Amount will be collected for door delivery but still the items are not delivered to doorstep within Uppala city limits . We have to go to their office for collecting the parcel. DTDC Shop will not following any disciplined time schedule ,Shop will be opened and closed whenever they wish. Some of the parcel items are treated carelessly ,got damaged. Post office service and other courier services are far better than DTDC. Overall worst service .....

Deliver to home does not mean that we have to come to Uppala dtdc and collect our order . Requesting you or the team to either work on this so that the customer won’t face any challenge . And requesting other online sites to not delivery the order through dtdc .
