These people will never deliver to home will ask to collect,they have made it a norm for this franchise and the malayinkeezhu franchise both owned by the same person,2 undue advantages they are getting out of this first they dont meed much staff for delivery so thereby saving staff salary,second thing the delivery process will be the same even though the customer collects and sms will be send to the customer saying item out for delivery,so they will get the money for delivery also,inspite of many complaints to dtdc top staff abul sattar and area manager rajesh kumar its the same so they are clubbing in with this cheaters Now I am going to file a former complaint with dtdc owner subasish Chakraborty and ask him that is ok that his franchise is operating in this way and his company staff abdul sattar and rajesh kumar being glove in and complicit with this franchise denying delivery to customers home address since when the courier is collected its committed to be delivered to the home address by the company Also in this area all couriers starting frombluedart,ecom,xpressbees,trackon,delhiveryAmazon,flipkart all deliver to home address,Also most of the other dtdc branches in the district delivery,only franchises which does this is owned by the guy who owns this and the malayinkeezhu franchise

Every evening since my parcel arrived at the Peyad office, they would send a message saying "Could not be delivered because customer was not available." They have been insisting that I go collect the parcel. I have been home-bound because my mother is unwell and my father, who works in the city, cannot collect the parcel because he won't be home before this Peyad office shuts for the day. Yesterday I changed the delivery address on their site to my father's office address. Today I receive a call from the Peyad executive saying they tried delivering it to my home address but no one answered the call. So now they have on their own decided to return the parcel! Can it get any worse? Please don't book through DTDC if the delivery address is Peyad.

Please don’t use DTDC all over india, speed post take 4-5 days to arrive from Kerala to neighbor state destination near branches, another things is DTDC no give door delivery you have to go to collect. Precessional normal courier take 3days from Kerala to neighbor states then they will give door delivery, I don’t want to give 1 start also . Please use professional courier for fast and door delivery
