Have been using their service for quiet some time and have been disappointed due to their lack of quality delivery and communication when product is delivered in damaged condition. There has been time when the product was delivered with torn boxes and damaged fragile items for which they claim that they received it in damaged form which is proved wrong number of times. One of the biggest mistake they made was to deliver wrong products in two different states. Even after complaining to their customer service, there is no one that responds and tries to help in this situation. I will not recommend using their service for fragile item due to their lack of quality in terms of product delivery, customer care, and timely delivery.
