Very good transport service and very reasonable transport charges, Experienced with TCI, OM Logistics etc. but VRL transport charges are very low and reasonable. The behavior of VRL office staff is also very good. An experience, if you have all the required valid documents, the officer will expedite your work. But if you do not have the required documents and you want to get the job done and urge the officer to work, the VRL officer will not do it.

They are not cooperative, nd they can not support us in spite of we r regular customer since last 3 year. Our experience is not good with vrl transport in vidyanagar. Gidc

We Went there to take the parcel. When we asked the person over there to help us carry the parcel which was too heavy they asked for money. Although we have paid 80 extra rupees to them as a part of unloading of the shipment which was not even mentioned anywhere.
