The worst service. The service very costly. I sent a shipment to Doha, Qatar. It routed through Bahrain & Germany. it took more than 1 week to receive the item. Use Aramex if you are sending to Qatar, they service is very fast & cost effective

Very Bad Service.. Today 23/07/2020 I went to send an international courier at 3-3.30 pm..The lady in the office told me to come tomorrow as collection time. When I said, if there is a lockdown tomorrow, it will lie here. It doesn't matter, tomorrow or when it opens, the young man who is a staff member angrily joined me and told me to follow up. Because it is necessary and cannot come again in this covid era, According to that, I went again and came back after a while, and the woman replied, "I can't do it now. It's too late to come tomorrow." When I asked if it was 4.30pm, they said it was late. When I was asked if you had come earlier, you said, "Come on, come on, you can't do it now, come tomorrow, come tomorrow." I know all the shops should be closed by 5.. that is 2 hours early... but the behavior of the lady in the office is as if we asked them for something else... theirs is a very arrogant behavior... if possible be a little polite and polite. ... Is it for that or something else? ? If that is why, keep the immadiri movement open...

They don't deliver the packages you sent outside of Kannur Town even if you live in a different city/town within Kannur District of Kerala. Completely unprofessional agents/representatives/employees work with this boggy courier company. Send your parcels through renowned FedEx/UPS/Other courier facilities. I'll never ever go to DHL again.

Very unsupportive staff. Mentioned clearly, multiple times, that I wanted to send a fax but the lady at the counter pretended like she couldn't hear me/gave loose answers to my questions. In the end, they prepared a complete mail shipment, which would cost way more than a fax. I can only imagine they did this for money. Would not recommend, unless you're ready to risk being cheated of your money.

The first day we visited the office they say their systems are down so they can't accept any packages. The next day we visit at around 4PM but they say they can accept packages only till 2PM. We also requested that they charge the amount from another account but they said they only accept cash. They weren't even willing to try and help. The same day we visited the Mele Chovva Branch. They were very kind and explained everything to us. They were willing to take the package on the same day too. Due to a small problem with payment we visited the next day and the package was sent. Please use their Mele Chovva or SN Park branches. Avoid this branch. The ladies at the Thavakkara branch are extremely rude and do not even try to accommodate your needs.
