Strictly speaking.,I am not satisfied with the service. Though they ringed me as soon as the courier arrived at the courier office.,they were reluctant to deliver the parcel to the addressed destination. Instead, I had to go there personally (around 45kms) and pick it for myself. But I didn't have any issue with my package.
