Please don't ship through their service. Go for other Cargo service instead. The Products where entirely damaged when they reached the destination. And the so called "Union guys" took our boxes from the car and charged us a high amount. They didn't even inform us about the charges before picking the boxes. Please stay away from VRL logistics Aluva. Do not encourage them by shipping through them.

I would like to give NO stars. But yeah google blabla. Whatever you do, DO NOT LET ANYONE TOUCH YOUR PRODUCT WHEN UNLOADING. They sort of asked half the expense of our entire travel to bring the courier there for just picking it up and putting it down on the ground. And when we refused (i think that's the reason), all our well packed items got damaged when they were delivered. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I preferred vrl for my first time and due to the poor service and poor handling of products this is my last time too. Staff service is very poor they are not ready to open their mouth for our needed. All product packed and that all are open too but they didn't care anything.

We booked a courier to VRL perumbavoor and the behavior of the front desk was pathetic. They were asking for a dozen of papers as a red tape infested organization just to release our material. Their careless truck drivers made even a dent on the parked vehicle.
