Choosing DHL for sending a courier to Canada would be the worst decision I have ever taken in my life. They have delivered the parcel to a wrong address and didn't even care about it. We informed the customer care and took around 2 weeks to get a response from there. Such a disgusting attitude!! It was actually a surprise gift and costs around 10 k .we asked them for the compensation. But they told us to collect the compensation from the shipping country ( india). We informed the kochi dhl office about this and they also shown really awful response . I don't know why these people being so irresponsible towards the customer . It's been 2 months and still they are making us a fool. Please don't trust DHL . And who will give me the money back ???

Sent an international courier through this office. A small air-conditioned place with 2 seats. If a first time customer, it will take 10 mins to complete the process. For international couriers AADHAR copy is required. Please call ahead and ask details regarding large outgoing international rates for packages
