No body knows standard operating procedure here, what ever rules written in postal insurance website is not followed, they are not accepting claim documents inventing their own rules and wasting time of customers. you can complain but nothing will happen just like typical government office. It will die slow death just like BSNL. Better to go for private players in insurance sector. Not sure why government not improving accountability in employees. Government has to bring in appraisal or suspension for employees based on coustomer satisfaction survey when ever they apply for certain services in post office.
