Worst service from Delhi to silchar it takes almost 7 days and before booking DTDC promise that it will deliver in 3 days by air. My parcel yet not delivered since 7 days. DTDC taken me charges by air and sending my parcel through by road. What a worst service DTDC, so many times I have escalated but yet not delivered. Parcel -D12571718 Kindly take quick action or else I will complaint in Consumer forum that you are taking money from customer and not delivering parcel on time.
