1st of all the name professional does not suit to this company. The customer relation attitude of the lady with whom I had interaction this afternoon (25 Nov 2020) is terrible. I dont know who is the owner, I dont know their credibility. Courier service companies should have an attitude to serve their customers in a good manner. Arrogant and unpleasant attitude of stafff reflects the credibility of the company who ever it may be.

One of the trusted courier service in india,good and excellent services. Rates are also affordable.if you want to send courier make better up to 10kgs min which will helps the rate will reduces. Eg.I wish to send a courier to mumbai at a rate of 380/kg if you make it up to 10kg of weight the rate will be reduced to 140/kg. Nowadays it will transferred by air,so it reaches faster than usual.
