Pathetic service, you cannot contact office as they never respond calls, rude delivery boys, misbehave with customers. Charges are high but the service is below the 0 point.

Delayed my parcel by a week. I've had so many deliveries at my address but DTDC says they can't find my residence. PS. My apartment i touching the main road. These guys just didn't want to take the trouble

The staff is helpful.. They're open till late, upto 9 p.m and don't close for lunch, unlike a lot of other places in Goa that close for lunch and reopen only after 4 pm. They don't hesitate helping you even during lunch hours.. You can pay via cash/ gpay too.. So, all in all, they're doing a great job..
