This is a fraud branch. I did a courier Ahmedabad. The DTDC branch of Ahmedabad there delivered that courier to someone else. Tracking also shows that the courier has delivered. But if we contact the Ahmedabad branch, they say that we have not received that courier and we have not delivered it either. And when we make an inquiry across this branch in Surat, they will give the answer that we have asked before, how will the answer come. Srikant Bhai Desai, the owner of that branch, is a very carefree person. If there is a problem in the courier, if you do not get a proper answer, then brothers, avoid doing courier in this branch. And to all the people who have experienced this, please give a review with 1 star so that no one sends a courier from this brother's branch, thank you.

I was supposed to receive my parcel tomorrow on 5th, so I called the office, the person who received my call literally shouted on me just because I called him twice also because his centre doesn't collect parcels for my area. I wouldn't recommend this place.
