They don't know how to behave with the customers. I wanted to courier my office laptop from Chhapra to Pune. And they were like not at all confident that they will be able to deliver the laptop because it was costly and also they were not able to give the insurance. That is okay if they are not able to deliver, not a issue but They don't know how to behave with the customers I really didn't like the way the guy made the excuse.
