i have dtdc courier delivery shipment the delivery boy called us to deliver the package at the mention address i. after waiting for 30 min he starting saying that "come to my place i will not be able to deliver at your mention address " . when i called him he asked for extra money for that delivery . we are facing this issue for the last 3 couriersfrom DTDC at this location . worst experience service

Worst courier service ever. They don't delivered, but every time they call and ask you to collect your parcel. If there is less than Single star rating, will gave them. Even they don't deliver to national highways side locations.

DTDC Nangal courier service is very ridiculous service. I am in Nangal and Nangal is very small town. Receptionist, Delivery boys and Owner Praveen Joshi, all says we don't deliver parcel at home and take it from office. It is really very shame for DTDC Nangal courier service if they don't deliver parcel on door, then leave the job. I wanted to rate zero but that's not an option. Service is worse, ridiculous. I would say stop the service of DTDC immediately.
