This branch is looting people in the name of DTDC. They have booked my parcel under some 3rd party courier services called HP and told me that this is getting dispatched via DTDC. They gave us the DTDC tracking Acknowledgment receipt with a hand written tracking number - which made us believe that it’s actually going via DTDC, they have even taken money as per the DTDC Rates. Only after a week of non delivery and multiple calls to this branch we were told that it was booked under something else and not DTDC. It’s been more than a week and I’m still not sure where my package is… Please stay away from this branch as they are very unprofessional and unethical. I wish I could give 0 stars or negative rating here.

Maine yaha par currier ke lie dia tha saman and 3 days bad deleiver hone vala thaa..but 3 days bad jab me gyi to parcel to inke office me hi pada tha..and puche mere client ko money back krke loss bhi jhelna ......(I gave the parcel to him ..and on the delivery date I goes to the office because my parcle was not sent ..and then I saw the parcel on their office...I gone through the loss ...very bad worst experience ..don't go guys here )

I gave courier for international parcel here. Paid money. They took money for parcel but then for 2 days they did not sens me receipt and tracking number. After few followup they send me tracker ID. For 10 days my parcel remains in Mumbai and no action. I visited office today and came to know they do not have any knowledge of tracking and issues. I then directly contact Arihant international courier and they asked extra charger 3000 which i paid and then i got original receipt. DTDC vesu office make false promises and leave customer in stress. They never contact you for any issue but you have to constantly followup with them. Be carefull while dealing with this and make sure you have correct information before taking step with this All the best.

DTDC may be a good courier company but their this franchisee at Central Bazar, Vesu is completely unprofessional. If there is any problem regarding delivery of your courier to the destination, this branch will not cooperate and Gaurishanker, perhaps the franchisee owner, will stop taking your calls. Be ware of this Vesu Branch. He is also having another franchisee at Ghod Dod Road. Equally poor customer service. He will talk to you very politely but in case of any problem related to service he will stop taking your calls. All his staffs are same, equally unprofessional. Worst service ever experienced.
