The DTDC owner Srinivasa Rao charging extra money from the customers. He don't know how to behave with the customer. We couriered from Hyderabad to Macherla. That time Hyderabad DTDC office charged Rs. 150/- And Same courier transfer from Macherla to Hyderabad location he is charging Rs.250/- Then we asked what is the difference. Then he replies like that is Hyderabad and this is Macherla in very arrogant way. And in the DTDC app it was showing only Rs.150/- Worst courier service experience I have seen in my life.

Very bad service, No home delivery from this branch and have to collect courier from the office. Even the details of arrival of courier is not informed and we should ourselves visit the branch for the information of the arrived courier. When questioned about the door delivery service in Macherla we were asked to go to the office to collect our courier, very harsh behaviour and the courier is marked delivered even before it is received by us.
